I went 225 with it. Went naked the whole time. Was going to wrap, but decided for my first time I was going to take the long road. I used a rub, and used hickory / cherry.
Took 11 hours, here is the look of it at that time..
Glad it worked out for you!! There really is no wrong way to do pulled pork. It's hard to mess up. You'll see guys and gals on here arguing back and forth about bark, cook temps, wrapping versus naked etc... But in the end we all get to sit back, relax with loved ones and enjoy some delicious food that we've prepared. And I don't think anyone would argue with that.
