My first brisket.

  1. Hey all. Did my first brisket this weekend. It was excellent. Also smoked my own homemade farm sausage and jalapeño poppers. I'm loving my new smoker!

  5. Brisket looks nice and moist. Did you wrap or cook au natural?

    That sausage looks amazing, and the poppers as well!

  7. I wrapped once the meat hit 150 then cooked to 201
