Here is my posting "FINALLY" from my exchange with Fire It Up. Work has been a zoo so it has taken way to long for this post.

I was lucky enough to get the day off on Nov 27th. Wife let me leave the house and head to Boulder Colorado to see a battle of student athletes from Nebraska and Colorado. When I got home, Fire it up had driven all the way out here to Colorado to deliver a package, wife said he was here for the Black Friday deals.

My package contained:
Bookbinders "HOT" Habanero Mustard.....had to try it right away....to my pleasant surprise it was not as hot as I imagined it would be and had a really good taste. That is coming from a non mustard fan. It is good with cheese, summer sausage and crackers, and a hint of beer.
El Yucateco Chile Habanero hot sauce....I have tried this brand before and it is nice and numbing to the tongue and taste buds.
McCormicks Chipotle Rub...I think I remember Jim telling me that McCormicks stole the rub from him...so I am going to treat it as his own.
Spiceco "Pride of SZEGED" The Worlds Best Rib Rub...I am hoping when the temperatures get out of the teens to fire up the smoker and try this on some ribs.
Temp Italian Meatball Mix....The box says that is the perfect comb of Ramono cheese and herbs...I am hoping to try and make some spag and meatballs soon with it.

Thanks again Jim, hope you are still enjoying your items from me, psst by the way..the mustard is now gone, brother in law came by, tried it, and took it home with him...he totally loved it.

Glad you enjoyed the items.
Didn't realize the El Yucateco was a Nation wide available sauce.
Rivet (John) said he loved the habanero mustard so I added that but they also make a great chipotle mustard that is sweet with a bit of a bite, I use that in place of my regular mustard to slather meat with.
If you want any more of the habanero or want to try the chipotle let me know and I will send you out some.
We also have many local honeys around here, I thought I added one to the box and wish I had because it is pretty good.
Anyway, glad the package made it.
Shoot me a PM if you are interested in any of the other items.
We even have a local Blueberry wine that is made a few towns over-they claim to be the Blueberry capitol of the world...

I love the Chipotle Hot Sauce from El Yucateco. Speaking of Chipotle, I saw the McCormicks bottle with Chipotle Rub written on it. I just made my own bottle that looks almost exactly like that Friday night. I have been buying whole Chipotle peppers and grinding them in my spice grinder. You can dial in how hot it is by how many of the seeds you add to the peppers you grind. Man, you just cant beat fresh ground Chipotle peppers or any peppers for that matter.

Nice Trade!

FROM NEW JERSEY???

Nice Trade, however USPS Priority Mail is a Cheaper way to send...
