First smoke after modding and seasoning.
All sauced up.

A full smoker is a happy smoker
Side to side temps were within 5* F with the baffle and tuning plate mods. Plus the 90* dryer vent mod and gaskets.
Also I was burning ONLY wood. Pear logs with some Hickory chunks thrown in. Smoked 2 pork and 1 beef ribs @ 225-275* F for 4.5 hours til 180*F internal temp on the big pork rack. Rub was Amazein's so was the Q sauce. Thanks for looking
