Top round marinated 36 hours.

I laid it out and patted it dry.

I had them in at 135 for 1.5 hours and pulled the wood. I continued at 135 for a total of 4.25 hours. I then raised the temp to 175 for 1 hour.

They came out perfect. A little crisp on the outside and slightly soft in center. I think the texture is great. Did not get as strong of a teriyaki flavor I as I was looking for but I will try another recipe next time. I still have some peppered and bbq marinating. Wont get to those today.

Thanks for everyones help along the way. The pics are not that great since i am only using my camera phone. Gonna pull out the digital camera next time around.
