My babyback cookout this past weekend

6 racks baby backs rubbed with john henrey's pecan rub

cooked at 225 to 250 degrees for 4 hrs with some apple wood added  to the flame for some smoke flavor.

the three on the right were finished with curleys hickory bbq sauce. the secon and third ones were finished with cattlemans and the first one was dry rub only

My friends in the neighborhood said they were some dam good ribs although I didnt care for the cattlemans bbq sauce. one of the neighbors bought a gallon from sams and I used some of it.
