With all the chuckies being cooked as of late it sure put me in the mood for one too. I put one in with some pork shoulders (in the pork section) that I did today. The local mart had em on sale for $2.29 per lb. I got me a nice 5+ pounder for a tad over 13 bucks. Did just a basic brisket rub. It's the one on the bottom left front. About half way done. I took it to 165 and foiled til it went to 205. Took it off the Horizon at 205 and to the cooler for 2 hours. Boy oh boy it was tender. Got it all panned up. We're having it for dinner on Tuesday. No red meat before the Cardiologists appointment . Thanx for looking.
