    What do you do with 1.8 million pounds of recalled beef?  How many truckloads is that?

    Better to be safe than sorry.

    This happens too frequently IMO and is the reason why I don't gamble when it comes to food.

    Hopefully you would add up the cost of the recall vs. the cost of revamping your "SOP's" (standard operating procedures) .... I think the US still has some of the safest foods in the world market....

    The "Jerky Dog Treats", that is killing pets, was linked to Chinese suppliers... OH GOODY !!!!! ...... Pork and chicken may make it's way through the food chain here, via Chinese food processors......
