MULE'S TRI TIP REVERSE SEAR IN THE MES 40 WITH AMNPS APPLE AND MESQUITE...With QVIEW

Plug the crockpot in, turn to low, fill 1/2 full of straight ketchup, put the tritip in the crockpot, place crockpot in the oven set to "Broil".  Cook until ketchup bubbles out on to kitchen floor, put out fire in oven and reset breaker that tripped when crockpot cord melted.  Throw the whole mess in the trash and go out for dinner

Seriously though, that should be some good eatin' !

GO OUT FOR DINNER!!!! WHY DIDN'T I THINK OF THAT?    MAYBE THE DOG WILL CLEAN UP THE MESS WHILE I AM GONE

wow... easy day for SOME (3) people today... .. just take the tip, put in the oven at 450* and it will be done in one hour and dont worry about all the toys and sears andthings... and, top it with KATCHAP and call it a loaf... done... what else ya burning today? :) lol
