This is a quick appetizer. Wrap the largest green olives you can find with 1/4 slice of thin bacon secured with a toothpick. Bring your oil up to 350. As you start to drop the olives turn off the fire. That will prevent a fire if it boils over and at this point the fire is no longer needed. Let fry for 2 minutes. Keep a close eye on them as to not over cook the bacon. Use caution as they may have very hot oil in them so let drain on paper towels. Serve hot Happy smoken. David Pics will be here in a Min.
