Burgers of course.  I buy 80/20 on sale also.  I use it in almost all my sausage as an add on if I'm short on pork.  Works great for snack sticks and ground jerky.  Meatloaf is great with this burger.  Cabbage rolls.  Meatballs. Reinhard, Thanks for the good ideas. I got it for 2.50LB so I had to stock up.

You could make what I call the heart attack. I make it about once a year lol. I start with a bacon weave. Then place a layer of ground beef on the bacon. After the beef I uncase bruts to create a layer of brut meat. Then layer Italian sausage on top of the bruts. Roll then log of meat and place in the smoker using your favorite wood. I used Apple wood. I know it sounds crazy but it's really good. Like I said its a once a year treat. Lol. Enjoy
