Awesome muff brother Kev. Wish we could get that bread up here. Folks in N Texas just don't want to turn the oven up hot enough.
Ask a baker. They are like butchers, mostly now working for the large grocery chains. But there are some I am sure in that small town you live in. OR..... you could make your own.Its just a round loaf of bread, italian bread type is best but any bread works. This last weekend wasn't italian , it wasn't even crusty bread.  It was just yeast bread, the right size, with sesame seeds on top.

They are simple to make. only problem is you gotta think of it today to have a sammy tomorrow...LOL

Har! SWMBO is giving me a hard time about filling the freezer. Maybe this will mollify her!
Hey one of these next month would go a long way toward brownie points! Actually around this time of year when all the hustle and bustle is starting, they would be a great way to welcome her home. Throw in a bit of some good homemade vino...... Only thing ya'd do then is a good foot massage!

So, meeting her at the door wearing only a tie was the wrong strategy?

Its really strange that, that much olives and olive oil could compliment a sammie, maybe its because of the hard fermented meat.

Thank you
