i just ran across this at grocer the other day, they were trying to sell the mozzerella so had a lil stand set up and on toothpicks had simply a piece a tomato and some of those mozzerella balls skewered, in a bowl tear up some fresh basil and add a good balsamic vinegar and an equal part good evoo. mix well and drizel over skewers. i didnt do it but i think a lil fresh ground pepper would be good. talk about quick and ez and great tasting!!! enjoy!!!!
