Hello from the Mitten! 

I'm Scott.  Call me Cash (part of my last name) or Crash or Hey you.....Just not late for dinner!  Born and raised in Metro Detroit.  Work for Detroit Diesel Corp.  Married with a 2.5 year old daughter.  

I just picked up a Char-Grill Duo and am pretty new to smoking.  I've been reading up on all the mods and plan on doing a bunch (if not all) the typical ones to said unit.  

I cannot wait to smoke a brisket because I am a brisket hound!
