Mothers Day Smoke

    We are doing mothers day dinner tomorrow. I started this at about noon today.Weighed app 17 pounds before the trim. Kosher salt, cracked pepper, onion and garlic powder. I threw two pork butts on about 4:00pm. Hoping to pull them off about 7:00qm then two chickens and a baby back rib. Dinner is at 6:00 pm.

    I meant 7 am. So about 14 hours. Hoping for about 20 hours on that brisket
