Mother's Day 'Q

    My parents came down for the weekend, but have to leave on Sunday afternoon so we're having Mother's Day dinner tonight. Pulled Pork and Baby Backs...

    The Shoulder hit the grates at 5:30 this morning... After 4 hours...

    It's currently in foil and closing on 198. 

    Ribs go on at 2:00 - stay tuned... ;)

    Yep! I made a batch for this Pulled Pork at 6:00 AM! ;) It really does add a nice subtle flavor.
