Mother's Day Chicken with Q-view

    Two halves and four leg quarters marinated overnight in a store bought garlic,pepper, and olive oil marinade. I smoked them in applewood smoke for 2-1/2 hours at 265 deg. in my MES then finished them off by crisping the skins on my Broilmaster grill. Just a couple minutes on each side to get some char. Turned out great and the smoke was just enough for great flavor! Three generations of happy moms means success!

    Definitely! Paired it with some fresh asparagus from the garden and some garlic smashed red potatoes! Didn't get pictures cause grandma doesn't allow electronics at her dinner table. Lol
