Two halves and four leg quarters marinated overnight in a store bought garlic,pepper, and olive oil marinade. I smoked them in applewood smoke for 2-1/2 hours at 265 deg. in my MES then finished them off by crisping the skins on my Broilmaster grill. Just a couple minutes on each side to get some char. Turned out great and the smoke was just enough for great flavor! Three generations of happy moms means success!
