More Tri tips!

    Reverse seared a couple Tri tips tonight. Over cherry and pecan on the WSM then seared on the gasser.

    Tri tip is always a favorite around here!!

    I always buy them in the bulk 5-6 pack and panic when I can't find one in the freezer. [​IMG]

    Thanks guys, here's a plated shot! Prices have crept up a bit this time $3.65 a pound but worth every cent!

    He prices here have finally dropped, $2.89 for bulk at Cash n Carry. Hopefully they stay low for a while!

    I buy them at Gordon Foodservice Store(GFS) they dropped around $2.69 then climbed back up. The price still rocks compared to the grocery stores which rarely has them and charge $9.99 winter price to 11-12.99 in the summer time. I just hope they sell well enough the keep them in stock!

    Thanks, they were tasty! One had a mesquite seasoning the other SPOG with dehydrated onions both had bold Worcestershire sauce as well!:drool

    It could be a lot worse! I'm glad to be able to get them bulk as well much easier on the pocket book!:biggrin:

    Been eating leftovers all week! Made beef tips in gravy then philly Tri tip sandos and tonight we made hash and topped with eggs!
