I just had to do it again. Used two PS seasonings blends Thai BBQ and Habanero usually half and half this time I used a little less Thai and more Habanero 17mm collagen casings

Cooled to100
Ready to cut and package
Oh by the way I reserved a little of the mix and added some cheese
Didn't measure may have used to much
Some day I'll get it right so I'll just have to keep practicing.
