Wife wanted a repeat of the last smoked Stufz session. We did 80/20 ground beef w/ a white onion, mushroom, bacon, Colby jack, and cream cheese filling. I'll throw chopped jalapenos in as well next time! Served them up on sourdough French bread, w/ fresh tomato, spinach leaves, and red onions for toppings. Cooked on the offset Yoder w/ splits of almond as fuel until an internal temperature of 160 was reached. Enjoy....! Saute of the filling... Making of the Stufz... And the eats....!
