More Smoked Burgers

    Inspired by WaterinHoleBrew's stuffed bacon burger smoke (and the recent activity for smoking stuffed burgers, we had to give it a shot today.

    Formed and ready for fixings. Seasoned with SPOG.


    Some stuffed with onion and mushrooms and a couple with cheese only (for kids)



    Onto the WSM @ 225f


    Almost done now...IT of 125 at this point

    All done! It was a long wait but lots of ooohs and ahhhs from the family. These were excellent. Not sure what I'd change at this point.

    These would be excellent without a bun as well.

    Put it on a bed of rice with an egg and gravy and have yourself some Loco Moco!

    no what you do is use sausage and drop and egg in it then top with cheese! Just make sure to let sausage cook off some grease!

    Either way these are awesome looking and I plan to smoke some maybe next Sunday on my next day I'm able to smoke food
