Its just the picture of the smoker goin. Lol. No sliced pic that I can see. Gosh the suspense is killing me...i gotta see that view!! Hahaha.
Trying one more time.  Pic won't show up in the preview function.

Now that's a what I call a sliced pic!! Beautiful smoke ring on it too Radio! Helluva job amigo! I had to save that pic btw...
Thanks.  Can't get the pic to post and be visible in the thread like normal.  I think the new posting protocol is not working quite like it should

WOW.... Very nice
Thanks.

Are you guys seeing the pic, or do you have to open the file to view it?  I can't see the pic on my computer and have to click on a link and open it that way.  Jeff and I are trying to figure out what is going on, but no luck yet

Have to open the link.
Thanks

That's what I thought, but I wanted to make sure it wasn't just something weird in my computer causing me to see it differently than others on the forum.

Jeff got me all lined out on the pic problem.  My fault and not the forum.  Was having a series of senior moments and choosing the wrong icon  to attach a pic.   This is what I had to rig up yesterday to keep me dry when adding fuel to the smoker and help keep the rain from cooling it down.  Temps fluctuated quite a bit during the smoke, so at the stall I pulled the short ribs, foiled them and into a 325° oven to finish

So you guys and gals don't have to struggle for the money shot I was posting wrong.  I was pretty happy with the end result, but these must have been a bit tougher than the last batch.  I pulled them at 200° IT and should have went to at least 205°.  Also next time I will use the toothpick or probe test .  This time I had too many things going on at one time and clean forgot about testing for tenderness until was being sliced

That's much better. Opening those things with this little Netbook was a Pain!!!

Good looking slices!!
