I have the OK joes smoker and im looking for some mod that will deliver more constant heat all the way in the smoker. did some research not sure if the baffle is the same thing as a turning plate? which one doi need to solve this problem and can I make it myself
 
First, seal up all the air leaks.... FB and CC.... and between the FB and CC leaks ..... then test run it ....... and temps from all area of the smoker.... pics from inside and out.... and of the FB and doors and air inlets... and the opening between the FB and CC so we know where to lead you.....

Dave I started another thread in charcoal smokers that kinda explains my problem. I have very little smoke leak and that's only around the smoke stack .
