more chix parts w qview

    two for one on thighs and drummies this weekend at market so stocked up on a little bit. just playing around with stuff in the cupboard.

    this one we have evoo,diced cilantro,season all,garlic salt, and salt and pep.


    in the smoker


    this one evoo,poultry seasoning and old bay...


    in the smoker


    was a little bit challenged for time tonight so i smoked over cherry for around three hours and threw on the grill for a quick finish and to crisp em up a little bit.


    the thighs are the old bay, and the drummie is the seasonal/cilantro.

    Looks great erain, even though me and cilantro are not friends, at all, but that aside everything looked great. Love when you find a great deal like buy one get one, great time to stock up, and experiment.

    You got some good bird smokes going on there, erain. Nice color on the chix! The plate of fresh brussles looks mighty tasty as well. Points as always for ya!
