Moose roast

    Have a Main Moose roast.  Want to smoke it in my Oklahoma Joe smoker.  Any suggestions on how to smoke it.  Wrapped, unwrapped, in a pan, out of pan on rack, temperature????  I have no clue other than treat it like a brisket.
