Placed my rub all over this butt last night and wrapped firmly with wrap then in the fridge until 9 thus morning. Placed it on and this is update from last basting. I been basting with apple juice and my rub mixed together. All over apple chunks at about 250° this was it wrapped this is when I putting it on the smoker this was at 157° looking like it might be stalling there. Undecided if I'm going to wrap or let it gather up the nice bark it's getting. Updates with continue as I continue to tend to it.
