Made this for mothers day for the family.Got the idea from Wingman to do this.(Original thread http://www.smokingmeatforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=88380 ) I cut a 1 1/2" slit in the side of the chicken breast and then run the knife inside to make a pocket for the stove top stuffing to go.Wrapped them in bacon and smoked for 2 hrs with apple @ 230 * then brought them to the grill and just crisped up the bacon 5-7 min. Of all the things I smoke this recipe from Wingman is the most requested to do again. They are good Bill

It's more of a 12 acre pond I have, but it's real clean and fun to play around. We canoe and kayak in it as soon as the ducks and geese and their young can move better.Did have allot of fish in it until 2 yrs ago and then froze out ,but before that the neighbor kid caught a 16" crappie and we have a blast with young kids ice fishing too.Bill

I wrapped mine in bacon last time, but I haven't tried stuffing them yet. It sounds like a great idea, though, thanks!
