Moms day loins.

    Stuffed one with mushrooms (sautéed in butter, burgandy, a touch of beef base, Rosemary, and sage) and cheddar cheese. The other was stuffed with stuffing and apples. The apples were sautéed in butter and finished with a little brown sugar and cinnamon. Started the smoke with hickory and then finished with cherry. Kept it a steady 230*~235* and they finished in about 3 hrs. Enjoy the Q-View.

    Awesome job today man. That Apple and stuffing stuffed one sounds like it would be my favorite. Points to you sir!

    Thanks Mule!! Haven't been here much, kids have been keeping me busy plus a long winter have kept the smoke low. Getting back into the swing of things. I was hoping I didn't lose my touch.
