Disco.  That sauce sounds terrific.  Great idea in combining molasses and mustard.  Was the soy sauce noticeable?  Not a big fan of soy s.

You can't taste the soy sauce, it just gives it some darkness and umami flavour. Thanks for the point!

 
Hey JJ.  HP sauce is a staple in our house.  I especially like it on all forms of eggs, except boiled.
