Decided to smoke some ribs today. I had some oak that I cut down at the end of the summer. It's been chilling high and dry in the shed but I don't think it was quite ready yet.
Definitely had to work for my dinner, just keeping it burning hot.
Oh well, it was a little more work but the rib came out great.
