I've got a minor issue with my Weber Bullet Smoker. I'd like to be able to smoke my ribs in a pan. Seems to make it easier to handle. Also makes it easy to wrap. However, I haven't found a pan that is large enough to hold ribs and that will still fit on the smoker. The rounded top is causing the issue. Anyone else had this problem? Solution?

I don't have your smoker...But, I got a couple of these... Actually mine have a heavy steel non stick pan but apparently Grill Pro discontinued making them...JJ

That looks like the size pan that I've tried to use. Can't close lid. Rounded top/squared pan. Thanks for the help. I might look into a deep dish pizza pan to see if that fits.

I don't wrap my ribs but I do put a drip pan underneath them.  In my 22.5" I use a 15" paella pan lined with foil.

For ribs like you are describing another option would be to get a 17" paella pan ($23 Amazon) and cut the handles off.  Or if you are a welder you could shorten them so you'd still have a bit of a handle.  I have two paella pans and use them ALL the time in my WSM.  Paella pans would be WAY more strong than a pizza pan.

Try one of these:
the rack is made by Weber and can be bought on Amazon for about $28. it does roasts ( the way it is set now) and ribs.

the foil pan can be bought in a 30 pack at Sams for around $8 or so.

When you use it it comes apart easy and goes in the dishwasher.

Hope this helps,
