Durty J the handsome bearded devil. I have 3 smokers. A WSM 22.5 a Bradley and a Brinkman with a side box. Thinking bout getting a Big Green Egg. Pretty much smoke anything. A crowd pleaser is smoked spam. My next think to tackle is homemade sasuage. Picked up another WSM. 18.5
