I have been smoking for about 2 years now and would hardly call myself a "Pitmaster" But I do enjoy the long smokes. Couple beers some good tunes and the sweet sweet smell of the smoke. Just enjoying my back yard and a few hours of just chillin'.

They call me tequiladrum because I love tequila and have over 75 bottles to choose from. The drum part is from my work...I build custom drums for the likes of but not limited to, BB King, Buddy Guy, Ricky Martin, Julio Iglesias, a few rockstars drummers and so on.

I use a CharGriller with side fire box that I have done a few mods to. It gets it done and I have no problems with it now that I have done the mods.

Welcome, glad to have ya...good rig will make good Que low and slow...thin blue smoke...75 bottles ....didnt know they made that many kinds...WEEE HAAA...now thats a hobby.
