hi all i have been smoking meat for about thirty years now basically only summer sausage and snack sticks stuff like that also do fish and turkeys . i really enjoy doing this for myself and others i have been using a pro smoker  for about 15 years now but looking to get something else and try it need to beable to hold up to 25 to50 pounds of summer sausage at a time not sure what to look at  tho
