Hey All, I was happy to find this site; I've already seen some great info. I've been smokin' for less than a year; since about last June I guess. I started with just an 18.5 inch weber kettle (which worked surprisingly well actually), but have since purchased a smoker from Lowes. It's just their WSM knock-off with their Master Forge brand name but it holds steady at 250. I just have to add charcoal a little more often than I think I would on the WSM or others. Smoked 4 rack of baby backs last weekend that turned out great and I'm going to do some chicken this weekend with a new rub a friend recommended. I'll see y'all around.
