Michigander here!

  1. I've been bitten by the smoking bug!  I tried to smoke a salmon in a cardboard box over the winter, and it worked so well, I was hooked.  Since then I have been reading and getting ideas on this forum.  I finally ended up finding an old Kelvinator fridge and been experimenting. Some have turned out and some haven't.  But its been fun.  Here's my first smoker and the one I am using now!
