Hello everyone,Let me first start off by saying I'm excited to be a part of the smoking meat forum. I'm from Miami, Florida and enjoy all types of cooking. Over the past few years, my father has been smoking anything from fish to pork with his Bradley smoker. Friends and family enjoy every secondof it. I have a Brinkmann 5 burner gas grill with a small (very small) smoker built inside. I definitely prefer to use my father's smoker, however, I need to try mine out eventually. Anyways,I wanted to join this forum in order to learn more. I look forward to being in contact with everyone as soon as possible. Thank you.
