Mesquite Smoked Chicken Cordon Bleu

    I was due for another smoke! This time it was one of my family’s favorites, Chicken Cordon Bleu. I did it a bit different this time. I used Black forest deli ham, Swiss and I added some Jack Daniels Honey Dijon mustard. I also marinated the stuffed chicken breasts in Zesty Italian. With some garlic powder and Jack's Old South Hickory rub the end result was layers of great flavor. These are fun to get kids involved with when you make them.

    Now those look great and moist too. I like them alot and we do them from time to time also.[​IMG]
