Does anyone know if there is anything that will help keep smoke from sticking to the window of the Masterbuilt electric smoker? I can start out totally clean and about 3 hours into the smoke, the window gets pretty dim.

Not really. I'll pop the door open and scrub it really fast with a damp magic eraser pad if it's too bad.

Cut several pieces of Saran wrap that fits the window, then when it gets too smoky, peel off and put another piece of SW on the window?

I don't have an MES, a Bradley, but if smoking then the temp shouldn't go above 225 or so, so I think the plastic wrap would be ok. anything more than that, I don't think so

I don't know of anything that keeps it from getting dirty.

I clean mine before every smoke---Then it's not so bad---Not so baked on.

Don't know if anyone has mentioned this, but I use Easy Off grill cleaner...works great and no more toxic than when it's used in an oven. Been using Easy Off for decades and I'm still looking down at the grass. I'm not into going through a bunch of hoops for such an easy project. I should mention that I use it on just the window.

Happy holidays,

Fred
