Unpacked, assembled, wiped out, and now burning the manufacturing oils off! Chuck is marinating, small brisket is thawing, its 70 degrees out, and I have a beer in hand. Life ain't bad! After the inital burn off I'll season with some apple, and get everything ready for some smoked meat and Chef jimmy's Smoky Au jus! And some more beer...you know- just 8 or 9 quick ones!
