Greetings to all. Newbie to the site. My Name is Andy born in the UK and my Partner Kathy is from Florida originally born in Ohio. We both run a small American Diner in London which seems to be growing very quickly. Our menu features food like, pulled pork, sweet chili lamb, burgers, Foot Long Dogs, Fish, Shakes and much more to mention.

We are also going to be introducing a new menu in the New Year and as we already work with BBQ (Coal) we also would like to start smoking our meats and fish prior to putting them to finish on the BBQ before serving. Look forward to chatting with you all and take this opportunity to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a prosperous New 2013.

Hello Andy and Kathy and welcome to the fun.  Many good folk here with a load of experience that they are more than willing to share.  If you have specific questions just start a thread and someone with experience will be along soon to offer advice.  All info you can provide us with such as smoker type, location and so on will help us answer any questions you may have.  Spend some time doing some research on the forums, tons of advice and recipes already available there.  We look forward to your contributions.  Have fun.  Good luck.  Keep Smokin!

Danny

Post some pictures of your diner and keep us informed on how your BBQ is doing.

Hi Andy.
A warm welcome to a great forum.
Iam up here in Robin Hood country, learning how to get it right. Iam having a bash at cold smoking, and there are loads of ideas here, so maybe I will be enjoying some nice smoked food in the near future.

Everyone on here has been really friendly and helpful.

Good luck with the restaurant,
