Hello from Spring,TX where I smoke pork butt and baby backs in Brisket country. My rigs are a fully moded ECB, Brinkman offset, and a Weber Spirit 3 burner (Home Depot model.)
Doing up 2 pork Butt on the ecb. 15 lbs total weight, both bone in. Both on top rack or split btwn the 2? Wonder how one above water pan would turn out.
