So this weekend we had some family over and went ahead and smoked up 6 racks of baby backs and my first fatty. For the ribs I did my own rub that I fired on the night before. Came up with it from combining many recipes I have read on here. Then in the last half hour I coated them with some Chris n Pitts sauce. The fatty I used colby jack cheese, diced green chilis, onion, green bell pepper and mushrooms. There are some pictures below of the before and after.
