So this weekend we had some family over and went ahead and smoked up 6 racks of baby backs and my first fatty. For the ribs I did my own rub that I fired on the night before. Came up with it from combining many recipes I have read on here. Then in the last half hour I coated them with some Chris n Pitts sauce. The fatty I used colby jack cheese, diced green chilis, onion, green bell pepper and mushrooms. There are some pictures below of the before and after. Hopefully it comes out ok, this is my first q-view.

The fattie ingredients sound and looked really good. Hope you enjoyed your first fattie smoke! Ribs look pretty and have a nice smoke ring to them. Great smoke today!!

Great looking cook X. You should have went ahead and done the ABT's. They were easy, and since they don't take as long to cook, you can make 'em while the ribs cook. Nice smoke ring deep in those ribs.

Ya the ABT's are on the grill the next smoke for sure. Amazing though that the Fatty pretty much stole the show. Not sure if it was just due to being new or what, but it was the talk of the day.
