Memorial Day Spare Ribs W/ Q-View

  1. Just did a couple of racks for the holiday. St. Louis ribs using McCormack's pork rub, 3 hours of smoke with Pecan at 230, 2 hours in foil with butter, light brown sugar and honey then 30 minutes of resting.

  6. No, I just used the pan to season them before tossing them on the WSM
  7. After these I may be done with BBQ sauce for a while. The butter, brown sugar & honey combo was simply amazing!
