A little while back me and a buddy smoked up a 9 lb meatloaf which was huge. Well, yesterday we decided to top that...by 11 lbs. my buddy whipped up a 20 lb loaf and I fired up the barrel. Didn't really get too many pictures but just wanted to show off this monster.

Pre-smoke. And yes there is a 16" pizza pan under it hah.
In the smoke, about done.
Glaze all set and loaf is finished...and garnished with country style ribs lol (had to make room one the other smoker so they got to sit with the loaf for a bit).

It turned out great but not near as good as the first time with the 9 lb. Since it was so big it kinda started separating and some parts finished before others. I'd call it a success over all but now that we have done one that big, I think we will just stick to 10 lb or less. Thanks for looking!

Now THAT is a serious meatloaf!  I've done many loafs on the smoker, but usually in the 3-5 pound range in a loaf pan, yours is great!
Thanks CB!  It was good but I guess we had expectations of it being amazing like the 9 pounder.  I guess everything has a breaking point hah.  Still worth it though!
