Waiting on our neighbors to arrive...I did sample the meatloaf...and am very happy with the Rotel idea...It turned out fantastic...Thanks again for adding this idea to our list...

This one was done with apple wood chips...I feel it turned out great, but do think the flavor from  Hickory is better...I still want to try pecan one of these days...Hickory has been very hard to beat so far. I Love my GOSM smoker.....Perfection doesn't mean a lot to me, but if your neighbors are coming to eat, ya just like things to be better. We are blessed with some good ones..

You just had to do that didn't you!?!?! LOL Would that just make it a fatty or would it still be a meat loaf?
