Good morning and welcome to the forum, from another hot and humid day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.

Hello From High River, Alberta, 20 miles south of Calgary.  Purchased a Brinkmann Grill from Home Depot in May, which includes a separate smoker section. and signed up for Jeff's News Letter .  Have made up both of Jeff's Rubs and Sauce a number of times and usually use the smoker each weekend.  At first was quite apprehensive as to what I was getting into, but have had great results with rave reviews from guests who have come to sample the results.  Have now got enough confidence that I am changing some of Jeff's receipes to meet our own tastes. Made up the recent receipt for bacon rapped chicken breasts, but we are not much for the peppers and cream cheese stuffing.  Changed this for Gorda cheese and crumbled bacon bits that we had with the stuffed pork loin chops and were thrilled with the results.  Looking forward to monitoring the Forums and seeing what others are doing.
