Meatloaf - I'd Do Anything For Love...of smoking

Decided since I was burning wood to do the beef ribs, I might as well make it a full smoker.

Been wanting to try meatloaf or a fattie, decided meatloaf. Followed Jeff's recipe for mixture - 1/2 ground chuck, 1/2 breakfast sausage, plus peppers onions, seasonings and bbq sauce. Used Jeffs recipe for Awesome Sauce. Both definitely a keeper!!!


Mixture was very wet so wrapped loaf in my frog mat to keep form. Worked like a charm



Since we had the beef ribs last night, parked the meatloaf in the fridge for the night. Sliced and reheated topped with some Awesome BBQ Sauce. Served up with some sauted brussel sprouts and salad.
