Been wanting to try several things I've run into on this forum.  I had some mushrooms to stuff and smoke, and had to make ABT's as well.  Made too much beef filling, so the wife picked up a cabbage to stuff and smoke.  My wife's meatloaf is second to none, but I wanted to up the ante with smoke, so she made one to throw on.  A friend of mine found out the smoker was lit and asked to throw on a marinated buffalo roast.  We also smoked a bunch of cheeses for my son's graduation party.  My wife also wanted to try some Costco salmon patties on the smoker, so we threw 3 in.  My son works for a caterer, and brought home some leftover goodies (meatballs and spring rolls), so I threw those in to warm them up for snacks after the ABT's and mushrooms came off the smoker.

Here's the cheddar, jack, pepper jack, and moz cheeses...

Mushrooms and ABT's finished.  The larger peppers are Anaheims b/c my son does not care for the heat.  They are all stuffed with ground beef, grated cheeses, red onion, and Italian bread crumbs.

The cabbage was stuffed with the same mix and topped with shredded cheddar and some butter...

Results:
  • ABT's -- great, as always
  • Mushrooms -- really tasty and a definite "do again!"
  • Meatballs -- awesome!  I highly recommend this!!!
  • Spring rolls -- tasty and smoky
  • Salmon Patties -- unbelievably great.  We may never prepare them any other way!
  • Meatloaf -- Sure didn't think it possible, but smoking made my wife's incredible meatloaf even better!
  • Cheeses -- need to age 2 weeks, but never a disappointment.
  • Cabbage -- tender and flavorful.  Gonna make that a regular.
  • Buffalo Roast -- TBA.  I resisted snitching a taste as it belonged to my friends.  They promised a report and sample later this week.
My wife keeps saying that I can't smoke everything, but I think she's beginning to realize that I probably can!

Thanks for looking!

That was one smoking feast, and thanks for sharing the Q View with us. The meatballs and the meatloaf look really good as does everthing else. I've got some BB's you can throw on there next time around. It's all good my friend.
