whats up y'all.
my name is Jon, i'm 22, from massachusetts and now living in portland OR.
I was a meat clerk/butchers assistant working with 3 skilled butchers for the last 4 years. i also did a year of culinary school.

Now i live in a vegetarian house, but they dont mind me cooking and keeping meat at the crib. I had to leave my (parents) grill behind so i will be on the lookout for a sub.

im interested in learning true barbecue, and how to make jerky. I Love artisnal sausage and good barbecue, and of course good beer! Havnt been able to afford any good steak lately and cant wait till i get a new and can start eating right again!
